Line a springform pan (? 26 cm) with baking paper and grease the edge. Put the baking mix, eggs and liquid cream in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with a hand mixer (whisk), first on a low setting, then on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Bake
Pour the dough into the prepared springform pan and smooth it out. Sift half of the icing sugar onto the dough. Bake the dough in the lower third of the preheated oven. Allow to cool and decorate
After baking, carefully loosen the edge of the springform pan with a knife and place the cake on a wire rack to cool. Turn the cooled cake out onto a plate and carefully remove the baking paper from the base. Place a cake plate on top of the cake and turn it back over. Garnish with the remaining icing sugar before serving.
