Knthtorr Fix for Pepper Cream Medallions 35g

Knorr for pepper cream medallions made from 100% natural ingredients.

Pork medallions with a unique, peppery, creamy sauce, matched with whole peppercorns, onions and parsley. Simply delicious with ribbon noodles, rice, croquettes or potatoes and green beans.

You add fresh:
450g / 16 oz pork tenderloin and 50 ml cooking cream

Preparation:
Cut the meat into 6 pieces (medallions) and fry on both sides in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Take out and keep warm. Pour 200 ml / 7 fl.oz cold water and cream into the pan. Stir in the contents of the bag, bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Add medallions and let them get hot in the sauce.
